Five Warning Signs of Mental Illness

The following article has a multi-functionality, as it can used for: -Training purposes (assessment tool), as a part of an activity, or as an assessment tool.-Training purposes (article). The article is important to be discussed with the team with a training context, in order to the patient be aware of terms such as DSM, PHQ, depression disorders, warning signs of mental illness, diagnostic criteria, etc. -Theoretical purposes, as it is a scientific approved tool (PHQ) for assessing the mental health disorders, and especially the warning Signs of Mental Illness, as it measures the frequency of depressed mood and anhedonia over the past two weeks (based on the DSM-IV depression diagnostic criteria)
